Not only that but I have excursions and field trips coming up, which equals to very little time to get my homework done and if you include the times I have to go somewhere to eat, travelling time around the uni, hanging out with friends I've met, the occasional stop by a coffee store or clothes store...well you get where I'm going with this.
Conclusion of my rant is that I figured I would have plenty of time to relax but at the moment it's just gogogo, not that I'm complaining, I want the most I can get out of this experience but that I'm starting to miss the concept of sitting in front of a tv on the sofa and watching go ol' english tv lol.
Btw I have misplaced my memory card somewhere in my room so I will post up twice as many pics next time I blog lol
but in replacement of photo's I can post up my roommate's paintings, she is a graduate student doing further studies in Painting. Personally I think they are a little cooky and are amazing. you should see them in real life they are cool.
They are flowers =P
A man sitting on the world looking at the stars.
Ok so a lot of her art is more abstract like this. The cutest thing is her description of each painting she showed me it went something like this...
Gil-Eun (my roommate): *points at the volcano looking thing* this is bottle

*points at the banana's* this is banana's
flower's, candle...well you get my drift =P
Actually she has many other cool paintings you can check them out if you want at

So since my last blog I went and got a bank account...hooray, now once I work out how to use the atms here I can start spending my money! =P First thing is...phone, next will be winter clothes and from there world domination..or more clothes. :D
Also in the past few days I have tried some amazing Korean dishes like these cold noodles. It's not like Japanese shabu shabu or whatever you call it, but I call the Korean one's rubber noodles lol. I can't exactly remember the real name that's why. But you seriously can't chew them, otherwise I would be eating twice as long as I normally eat...or longer.
They taste really good though, also I've been trying different soups lately and let's just say one tasted like sinigang! I am actually starting to write a list of food I want to try because people keep on telling me I need to try more, which is a bit hard cos I have been trying to try as much as I can already lol.
Anyone want to go to Hongdae in the near future let me know and I can show you around here perfectly soon!
Oh the other thing I forgot to mention last blog was that I met someone famous...that I knew! yay haha, it was cool only for the fact that I was near the front of the crowd which deems me as a sort of winner. Yes it was more a competition to get a good photo of him and to make some people back home jealous with the photo of Jae bum ;) (yes that is his name) and not a weird product here in Korea lol.
Other than that I've just had a heap of classes that were good and met heaps more new people. Did I mention I went to see what the basketball club at uni was all about? It was good but they were all guys _ _" there are only 2 girls and they are the managers of the club. But I enjoy just training with them n now I know some people out on the courts so I can join there casual 4vs4 games on the half courts outside uni...yay exercise. I say this because it's spring here but it's still like winter over here...-1 degrees outside right now =P
So exercise it a little difficult cos it's so cold, but they have a swimming pool here that I intend to use when it gets warmer :) and it's a good one. lol

I'm sure I will have more to blog about in a day or so, so goodnight!!
Btw South Korea hasn't been affected by Japan's earthquake or that tsunami phew...but the nuclear plant that collapsed, we have to watch out for, and the wind that may change and blow the nuclear radiation our way.
